Fresh Arts Summit
A conference for artists, makers, and creatives exploring fresh perspectives on entrepreneurship and community.
Fresh Arts Summit is an annual two-day conference for artists, makers, and creatives of all disciplines who seek to advance their entrepreneurial skills, expand their peer network, and tap into local resources.
Hosting 200 artists, the community-building weekend offers a mix of 20+ interactive workshops, multi-media lectures, artist panels, and peer exchanges. Sessions are led by over two dozen organization partners, local experts, artists and other creative leaders. Session topics include marketing, legal issues, finances and fundraising, self-care and other artist business essentials.
The 1st annual Fresh Arts Summit was held July 19-20, 2019 at Silver Street Studios and kicked-off with an Arts Resource Day Expo, afternoon artist panels, and evening cocktail reception and keynote address. The 2-day series of weekend events convened over 200 artists from Greater Houston and beyond. Click here for 2019 photos.
