We are a classical string quartet that performs diverse repertoire in concerts as well as developing and teaching innovative and integrated lessons and classes targeting students grades K-12. Our mission is to foster community through engaging chamber music experiences. To that end, this season we are working to build relationships through the schools in Missouri City, the Cy-Fair area, and Klein. We will also be performing easily accessible concerts in those areas so that students, parents, and community members, can all come together for a shared concert experience as neighbors. Our repertoire for the season includes Haydn’s Lark Quartet, Beethoven’s Op. 132 Quartet, Brahms’ Quartet No. 2 in A Minor, Piazzolla’s Four for Tango, and Houston’s own Rob Smith’s Spin for String Quartet. Through this repertoire, which spans over 200 years, we hope to link the past and the present as we connect the diverse generations that make up our audience.
OUR MISSION: We foster community through engaging chamber music experiences.
OUR VISION: We seek to share our passion for and belief in the creative process as a life-enriching tool. We are committed to building community through shared concert experiences and the development of innovative and integrated educational experiences.
