Call to Artists – Midtown Art in the Park

Closing on: Mar 1, 2020

Midtown Art in the Park is held every April on the grounds of historic Elizabeth Baldwin Park in centrally located Midtown Houston. The area is known for its many attractions, including picturesque park spaces, long standing arts organizations, public art, and is a State of Texas designated Cultural Arts & Entertainment District.

For 2020, we are planning for approximately 3,000 visitors to join us in a beautiful wooded park just blocks away from transportation options and major freeways.

This event is coordinated and underwritten by the Midtown Cultural Arts & Entertainment District. Our goals include:
Coordinating a well organized festival.
Produce a good experience for both artists and visitors.
Provide a clean and well maintained environment for exhibiting fine artists and fine craftsmen.
Creatively market to a wide range of potential buyers.
