Intermediate-2 Jewelry Making Workshop

Taught by local jewelry artist, Rene´ Lee Henry

This workshop is a follow up to the beginning metalsmithing course (or with equivalent skill level) and will meet once a week for 4-weeks. This course is for those who want to continue to learn new jewelry making / metalsmithing techniques. The techniques that will be covered include a continuation of soldering, sawing, filing, finishing, texturing, shaping, and designing. Students will learn how to solder a hollow form ring as well as fold-forming techniques that can be used to create new dimensions to your jewelry. Students will leave the course with finished pieces of jewelry.

This is a 16 hour course and has a fee of $220 + materials and meets on 4 consecutive Saturday's in June.
