 How do I create a FREE Fresh Arts Profile?

Anyone can create a profile, whether it is for an individual artist, arts organization or business. 

     1.)  Start by visiting the home page and creating a FREE user account or log in with your registered username and password. 

     2.)  Click on “USER MENU” at the top left-hand corner of your screen and select “USER DASHBOARD”*

     3.)  Under the ”CONTENT” tab, click on "SELECT…”

     4.)  Scroll down to select “PROFILE” from the drown down menu, then click on ”ADD NEW ITEM”

     5.)  The next screen will be the “CREATE PROFILE PAGE” where you can enter your profile information categorized under one of our user types.  

When completed, the profile will appear in the corresponding arts directory or organization directory after it has been approved by Fresh Arts staff. Please allow up to 2 business days for the profile to populate in our website.

* If USER DASHBOARD does not appear as an option under the USER MENU, please email and provide your login info. 

How do I create an Artist Portfolio?

     1.)  LOGIN to your user account, then click on “USER MENU” at the top left-hand corner of your screen

     2.)  From the drop-down menu, select ”ADD A PORTFOLIO”

     3.)  From there you can add multiple photos by uploading image files under the section titled: "PORTFOLIO IMAGE"

NOTE: Artist Members have the ability to add multiple portfolios to their online profile. Learn more about the benefits of Artist Memberships HERE.

 Do you have an EVENT that you want to promote?

Use the steps below to list your event on our website and be considered for inclusion in our weekly email of recommended events.  We pull events for the ART ON TAP newsletter from the Community Events calendar on our website, each Monday. Fresh Arts Artist Members and Organization Members receive priority event placement in our newsletters. 

     1.)   LOGIN to your user account, then click on “USER MENU” at the top left-hand corner of your screen

     2.)  From the drop-down menu, select ”ADD AN EVENT”  (or select "USER DASHBOARD" to view your Workspace with previously submitted content)

     3.)  Complete the required "Create Event" fields and press "Save" at the bottom when you're done. When completed, your event will be submitted for approval to our staff.  Once approved, your posting will be live on our Community Calendar in about 1-2 business days. 

Helpful Event posting tips:
• If you do not see your location listed, leave that option blank OR you may enter the location details under “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION”
• Does your event have an affiliated Artist, Sponsor or Presenter? Select all applicable options to link the event to the corresponding profile page.
• All fields marked (*) must be completed in order to submit your event.
NOTE:  You can always find and edit any item you've added to our site via the "USER DASHBOARD" found under the drop down 'USER MENU" option.

In the same way that you add an Event, you can visit the "'USER MENU" and "USER DASHBOARD" to add or edit a:

     • ARTIST OPPORTUNITY (i.e. call for entry, audition notice, class, workshop, etc) that will be posted on our Artist Opportunities page. 

     • PROFILE in one of our directories. Artist Registry or Organization Registry.
