This year, WHAM will bring together Houston's most talented local artists and kick off the holiday season with an exclusive "Ugly Sweater" themed Preview Party and Happy Hour on Friday, November 16th from 6:00 to 10:00pm, and resume on Saturday, November 17th at 11:00am until 8:00pm and Sunday, November 18th from 11:00am to 4:00pm.

Since its launch in 2006, WHAM has generated over $1,000,000 for hundreds of local artists and continues to grow as an important venue for Houston's creative economy.
WHAM is a program of Fresh Arts, a 501(c)3 organization that champions local artists and creative entrepreneurs to succeed in the business of art.
In its mission to provide local artists access to economic development and opportunities to support their professional growth, Fresh Arts (formerly Spacetaker) has hosted the Winter Holiday Art Market (WHAM) annually since 2006. Fresh Arts personally invites local gallerists, interior designers, boutique and shop owners, and gift shop buyers to WHAM to help foster relationships between participating artists and those entities able to market and sell their work year-round.

About Jessie Dugan:
Jessie is the designer and creator of JESSIE DUGAN.
The four points of the diamond shape seen in Jessie’s logo and jewelry designs represent both the natural elements (earth, air, water, and fire) and her brand’s core values (well-being, sustainability, local, and forward-thinking).
Jessie’s pieces are designed in Houston and 3D-printed in NYC, using the latest in the cutting edge manufacturing methods in a variety of metals, including brass, silver, and 14K gold.
Jessie grew up in West Houston then went to college at Southwestern University, obtaining a BFA in Painting & Printmaking. She attended grad school at Parsons School of Design with a focus in Accessory Design. While living in NYC, she designed ready-to-wear at rag & bone, accessories at Henri Bendel and runway jewelry at Tory Burch. Jessie now lives in Montrose with her husband Kyle and her puppy Rosie.
About Cultured Cocktails:
Cultured Cocktails is a community building fundraiser in celebration of the arts and takes place EVERY Thursday during the 5:00-8:00PM happy hour at Boheme Café & Wine Bar (307 Fairview St.). Each Cultured Cocktails event features a different local artist, arts organization, or arts project. Participating artists and arts groups receive 10% of all drink sales during the 5:00PM -8:00PM happy hour.
Since its inception in 2008, the program has raised more than $100,000 for hundreds of local artists and arts projects!
