Simply create a FREE user account on our website and add your event details to our Community Calendar.
Follow these 6 easy steps to list your event on our online calendar, and be considered for inclusion in the Art on Tap.
1.) Go to our homepage at www.fresharts.org.
2.) Click on the orange box in the upper left hand corner.
3.) You will be taken to a user account screen where you may either log in or create a new account.
3a.) If you have not created an account, go ahead and do so now. You will be asked to confirm your email.
4.) Once you log in, you can post events and opportunities! To begin, hover your clicker over the upper left box labeled 'USER MENU.' Click on 'ADD AN EVENT.'
5.) Upon clicking 'ADD AN EVENT,' you'll be taken to a page where you can input all your event info. Anything marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled out.
5a.) Though some areas are not required, filling them in will make it easier for visitors to find your event depending on their
TIP: Have the info below prepared in advance:
-General Category Type
-Image (choose file then click upload)
-Event Date & Time
-URL Link (external link for a website, ticket registration, etc.)
-Event Days of the Week
-Affiliated Artists, Sponsors, Presenters (if applicable)
If you do not see your event LOCATION listed, leave that option blank, or you may enter the location details under 'ADDITIONAL INFORMATION'
6.) Once you're done filling out all your event info, scroll to the bottom and click 'SAVE.'
6a.) You're all done! Your event will then be approved within the next 48 hours by a staff member at Fresh Arts.
