Youth Stop Motion Animation Workshop
Feb. 4, 2012 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Aurora´s stop-animation workshop teaches children a form of animation in which still photographs and objects are filmed and manipulated in ways that make them appear to move on their own. Youth will use fruits and vegetables from Whole Foods Market to create short films that spread the message of environmental responsibility or healthy habits. Aurora Picture Show volunteers will help participants create their story and local filmmakers will help bring them to life.

Special thanks to Whole Foods Market for their support of Popcorn Kids Mobile Media Literacy programs in the community.
